Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in automation systems, control engineering, and industrial process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, developing course content, and mentoring engineers and technicians in PLC, SCADA, DCS, and instrumentation systems used across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct training sessions (theoretical & practical) on PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, Drives, and Industrial Communication Protocols .
• Develop and update training modules, course content, and assessments aligned with the latest automation technologies.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations using real-time industrial setups or simulation software.
• Mentor trainees in troubleshooting, programming, and system integration for automation applications.
• Collaborate with industry partners and internal teams to ensure training aligns with current industrial standards and practices .
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct refresher training for maintenance and production teams on control systems, sensors, and industrial safety .
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in IIoT, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing and integrate them into training modules.
