Hiring : Senior Manager – KRA Operations (IFSC - GIFT City)
Location : GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Salary : Up to ₹25 LPA
We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead KYC Registration Agency (KRA) Operations within the IFSC framework at GIFT City. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with IFSCA regulations, oversee end-to-end KRA operations, and act as the Principal Officer for all regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Principal Officer under the IFSCA and KRA regulatory framework.
Ensure compliance with IFSCA, FIU-IND, and KYC norms including data privacy requirements.
Manage the full spectrum of KRA operations—onboarding, data validation, record management, and reviews.
Liaise with IFSCA, FIU-IND, and other regulatory bodies.
Oversee timely submission of regulatory filings, audits, and MIS reports.
Implement risk and control frameworks to maintain operational integrity.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of compliance issues.
Drive automation and digital process improvements to strengthen efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Risk, Audit, and other internal teams, as well as RIAs, AMCs, and custodians.
Stay updated on evolving KYC and regulatory developments to align policies and processes.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in financial services, including 3–5 years in a leadership role in KYC or compliance operations.
Hands-on experience with KRA, CKYC, and AML processes is mandatory.
Strong understanding of IFSCA, SEBI, and FIU-IND regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven record of managing regulatory audits and inspections.
