Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to manage vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ICT, AV, and technology procurement, with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive cost efficiency while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for ICT and AV products, services, and projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and end-to-end procurement cycles.
  • Collaborate with project managers, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely procurement.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing data.
  • Stay updated with market trends, new products, and vendor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in procurement (ICT / AV / technology industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
