Our property management team ensures smooth ground operations, tenant coordination, property inspections, maintenance, and real-time reporting to global NRI clients.

Role Overview

The Property Field Executive will be responsible for handling on-ground property operations , including inspections, maintenance follow-ups, tenant coordination, vendor management, property documentation support, and submitting reports via NRIWAY operation channels. This is a customer-facing field role requiring strong discipline, problem-solving mindset, and agility.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct routine property inspections (interior & exterior)

✅ Capture and upload photos, videos, condition updates in NRIWAY system

✅ Coordinate with tenants for access, issue resolution & updates

✅ Follow up with vendors and service partners for maintenance tasks

✅ Ensure repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, cleaning work is completed on time

✅ Monitor property for safety, damage, encroachment, or illegal activity

✅ Visit government offices if required for property-related verification / documents

✅ Verify tenant documents and assist in on-boarding process

✅ Report critical updates immediately to operations team

✅ Maintain inspection schedule compliance and SLA standards

✅ Represent NRIWAY professionally while interacting with tenants, guards, and vendors

✅ Support in property handover, tenant move-in / out, key management

✅ Maintain and update property checklist reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Minimum : 12th Pass (Preferred : Diploma / Graduate)

🚗 Must own a smartphone and vehicle (2-wheeler preferred)

📍 Good knowledge of local property and vendor ecosystem

📱 Comfortable using apps and internal reporting tools

🗣 Strong communication skills in English + Regional Language + Hindi

🧠 Quick problem-solving & conflict management ability

⏱ High sense of ownership and time discipline

💼 Professional and presentable during client / tenant interactions

Preferred Experience

🏢 6 months to 2 years in field roles related to :

• Property management
• Facility management
• Real estate operations
• Maintenance supervision or tenant handling
