The role of Technical Superintendent – Offshore offers an exciting opportunity to manage offshore vessels, ensure technical reliability, and support operations for high-performance fleets. Position : Technical Superintendent – Offshore

Location : Mohali, Punjab

Responsibilities

Oversee technical management of offshore vessels (DP2, AHTS, PSV, DSV).

Ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Provide technical support on MAK, CAT, Cummins engines, azimuths, and thrusters.

Plan, supervise, and monitor vessel maintenance, inspections, and audits.

Conduct and support OVID inspections, ensuring timely closure of findings.

Liaise with ship staff, vendors, and clients to optimize performance and reliability.

Contribute to cost control, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Chief Engineer (preferred) or Second Engineer with offshore background.

2–3 years of shore-based experience.

Strong hands-on experience with MAK, CAT, Cummins engines, azimuths, and thrusters.

Prior exposure to OVID inspections; experience with oil majors’ chartered vessels is a strong advantage.

Local candidates from Punjab preferred.
