🧾 Role Description
This is a remote internship with NAZZTEC’s Talent Acquisition team . As a Trainee / Intern, you’ll support end-to-end hiring activities — including candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening , and recruitment coordination . You will work closely with experienced IT Technical Recruiters and get hands-on exposure to industry tools and real-time processes.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For
✅ Must Have :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English , without any mother tongue influence
- Ability to confidently and clearly communicate job roles and opportunities to candidates
- Strong professional writing skills for emails, job descriptions, and internal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A genuine desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition / IT Technical Recruitment
