We're seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with a passion for cutting-edge technology to help build this venture from the ground up. About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their treatment journey. You’ll manage client engagement, resolve concerns, and support retention and satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and ensure a warm, professional first impression
• Guide clients through consultation, treatment plans, and post-care protocols
• Maintain detailed client records and follow-up schedules
• Handle queries, feedback, and service recovery with empathy and efficiency
• Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists to ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Support clinic-level marketing initiatives and referral programs
• Upsell relevant treatments and products based on client needs
• Ensure compliance with service protocols and data confidentiality
