About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team for Domestic & International markets. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand the value of our solutions and setting the stage for successful sales engagements and directly contributing to revenue generation. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-starters, eager to learn, and passionate about building relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting : Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads with GTM strategy
- Target Account Research : Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach to generate interest for domestic / international clients
- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads using sales strategic frameworks like BANT / MEDDIC based on business needs, fit and schedule discovery meetings and demos
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate closely with marketing to convert campaign-generated leads into opportunities
- Performance Tracking : Track and report on key activity and pipeline metrics, ensuring consistent performance against targets
- Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to enhance outreach effectiveness
- Target Achievement : Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI activity and pipeline / revenue generation targets
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline2–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, technology solutions companies in domestic / international marketsCore Skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident, professional phone presenceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email automation, and sales engagement platformsOrganized, coachable, resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentConfidence in multi-channel outreach, strong research and a problem-solving mindsetStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholdersTechnical Proficiency
Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)Preferred Qualifications
