BE / BCA / MBA or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical sales, or business development role in IT hardware or enterprise software company. Primary responsibility will be to sell and market enterprise-wide Barcode, RFID and Packaging solutions to major accounts (SMB & Large).
Prior experience in developing business in Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics, Healthcare, BFSI verticals is highly desirable. Consultative sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and analytical skills required.
Responsibility of business development in assigned verticals
Developing key vertical markets, and generating new business
Provide consultative solutions to end users (businesses)
Engage in system study, site surveys & solution design
Develop application briefs & solution presentations
Manage project implementation and execution
Provide product & technical support to customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels at all times
Report product & market feedback regularly
