Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer to lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Cority platform.

  • Configure and customize the Cority platform to meet EHS program requirements.
  • Develop and maintain modules, dashboards, forms, and reports in Cority.
  • Integrate Cority with other enterprise systems (HR, ERP, BI platforms).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Perform data migrations, uploads, and exports.
  • Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation for configurations and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

  • 6+ years of experience with Cority or similar EHS management systems.
  • Proficiency in Cority configuration tools and modules (Safety, Occ. Health, Occ. Hygiene).
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL, API integrations.
  • Technical expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework / Dapper, Microservices, and Web APIs.
  • Strong front-end experience with Angular / React, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD practices.
  • Solid understanding of EHS processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Cority certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
