Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnership Manager to lead and expand our strategic partnerships in North America and the UAE. This role is critical to strengthening Edvoys position in these markets, developing robust partner networks, and driving sustainable growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global teams to identify, build, and nurture key relationships that align with our long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy for North America and the UAE aligned with Edvoys global growth objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with universities, institutions, and other strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to monitor higher education trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiate agreements that maximize value for both Edvoy and its partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver partner success.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance and ROI using CRM and analytics tools.
- Represent Edvoy at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Essential Qualifications
2-4 years experience in partnership management, business development, customer success, or sales.Strong understanding of higher education market dynamics, particularly in North America.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with CRM systems and partner management tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.Tech-savvy and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Preferred Qualifications
