SAP Project Lead – Quality Assurance

Test Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead testing activities on SAP projects. The ideal candidate will design and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with business goals.

The Test Manager will oversee test automation, lead and mentor a team of testers, and manage the defect lifecycle. They will also provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress and quality status.

• Develop and oversee test automation strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of testers
• Oversight of test case execution, defect tracking, and resource allocation
• Defining and enforcing QA policies, procedures, and documentation standards

Requirements

Candidates should have at least three years of experience as a test manager and extensive experience in automated testing and Tosca Tricentis. Additional requirements include knowledge of work management tools (DevOps, Cloud ALM, or JIRA).

Candidates must be willing to work EU shifts or travel internationally when needed. We encourage candidates with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
