The Role : Senior Field Sales Executive
The Senior Field Sales Executive is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of key accounts and the acquisition of new, high-value clients within a defined geographical region. This position requires advanced negotiation skills, a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, and the ability to operate independently to achieve significant sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Penetration & Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and significantly expand existing and new client both.
- Focus on closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise-level clients, often involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business objectives and positioning our products as the strategic solution.
- Drive consistent sales strategy for revenue growth within the assigned territory, consistently exceeding ambitious weekly and monthly sales quotas.
2. Advanced Sales Execution & Negotiation
Manage the full sales process, from targeted prospecting and qualification to final contract negotiation and closure.Conduct high-level presentations and articulate the business value of our solutions.Prepare comprehensive business proposals, RFPs, and contracts, ensuring profitable margins and adherence to company standards.Utilize the CRM (Salesforce, or similar) with exceptional discipline for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and activity reporting.3. Market Leadership & Mentorship
Act as a market expert, providing valuable territory insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to the sales leadership team.Assist in the training and mentorship of junior sales team members, sharing best practices in sales strategy and client engagement.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Qualifications and Skills
Must-Haves
Experience : 2-5 years of proven, verifiable success in a Field Sales or Business Development role, preferably worked for B2B manufacturing industry.Track Record : Documented history of consistently achieving and surpassing large sales quotas (please be prepared to discuss your sales performance).Skills : Expert-level abilities in prospecting, complex negotiation, objection handling, and executive-level presentation.Travel : High level of willingness and capability for frequent travel within the assigned territory.CRM Proficiency : Advanced user of a major CRM platform for strategic pipeline management and accurate forecasting.Preferred Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience selling into the [Manufacturing] sector.
