Job Title : Project Portfolio Management Functional Consultant

Location : Remote

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant to take the lead on our Oracle Project Portfolio Management and Oracle Time and Labor implementation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying end-to-end project and finance management processes. Your expertise will be key to enhancing operational efficiency, data accuracy, and streamlining our business workflows on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end functional implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM (Release 13 SaaS) and OTL solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into configured Oracle PPM Cloud functionality.
  • Configure various PPM modules to support :
  • Project intake, creation (capital & expense), and closure.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and budget approval workflows.
  • Resource management and project costing.
  • Employee and contractor time tracking via OTL.
  • Asset capitalization and project analytics.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Oracle PPM, OTL, and other financial modules (GL, AP, FA, etc.).
  • Develop and execute unit test scenarios, document results, and create functional runbooks.
  • Provide functional guidance to the technical team and resolve queries during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional leaders, business partners, and a global technical team.

Essential Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of overall experience with 5-8 years specifically in Oracle ERP Projects.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 full end-to-end implementation experiences in Oracle Cloud / Fusion.
  • Hands-on configuration expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud modules (Projects, Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Costing).
  • Strong functional knowledge of project accounting, capital projects, budgeting, forecasting, and asset capitalization.
  • Proven experience with the integration of Oracle Projects with other ERP Cloud modules (GL, AP, FA).
  • Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) processes is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while being highly collaborative in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM or OTL.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence under pressure.
