We are hiring for QA Lead – Travel Domain (Airline Systems)

About the Role :

We are hiring experienced

QA Leads

with a strong background in the

travel and airline domain , specifically in

GDS systems

and functional areas such as

Reservation, Inventory, Ticketing, and Check-In . The ideal candidates will lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple levels of testing and contribute to automation strategy using tools like

Cucumber BDD

and

TestNG .

Experience : 3.5+ Years - 12 Years

Location : Bengaluru / Greater Noida

Notice Period : Immediate / Serving Notice Period

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage

test planning, strategy, and execution

across all phases of testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality across airline systems.

Oversee and guide the QA team in validating complex workflows

Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and maintain high test coverage.

Drive

automation initiatives

using

Java-based frameworks ,

Cucumber BDD , and

TestNG .

Review and enhance automation scripts and frameworks for scalability and maintainability.

Monitor test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry-standard tools.

Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong domain expertise in

travel and airline systems , including GDS platforms and modules like

Reservation, Inventory, Ticketing, and Check-In .

Hands-on experience with

Java-based automation frameworks .

Proficiency in

Cucumber BDD ,

TestNG , and related testing tools.

Solid understanding of

testing methodologies ,

test lifecycle , and

QA best practices .

Experience in managing

end-to-end testing cycles

and coordinating with multiple teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
