Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in IT Business Management (ITBM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support enterprise IT processes and business goals.

This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integration, and module customization, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions within ITBM (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile, Financial Planning) and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration).
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer .
• Build and manage CMDB structures, ensuring accurate data integrity and relationships between configuration items (CIs).
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs , MID Server , and IntegrationHub .
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations and workflows.
• Support and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Event Management processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within ITBM and ITOM.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, and governance models.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment.
