We are looking for a professional who  turns building design into reality . They develop concepts for structures and then work with engineers to make sure those designs can function as desired in their intended setting or project goal.

Skills and Qualities of an Architectural Drafting Expert

• Required Architects / Interior Designers with a  B.Arch or D.Arch  (Bachelors in Interior design / B.E. / Diploma in Civil can also apply).
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
• Excellent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PPT presentation required for space planning and designing.
• Capable of independent conceptualization and capability according to the client’s requirement.
• Complete client centric approach.
• Flexible, Adaptive, & ready to learn.
• Effective operation under time constraints, element constraints & meet deadlines.
• Ready to work for extended working hours when required.
• Can work effectively in team and as well as individually.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Clear understanding of materials and construction processes and details.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
