Paid Media Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital advertising, a knack for analytics, and a creative edge to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute paid media strategies that drive growth across all digital channels.
- Campaign Leadership : Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and other relevant platforms.
- Performance Optimization : Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, CPL) and apply insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Audience Strategy : Build and optimize audience targeting, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and geo-specific segments.
- Creative Direction : Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives, messaging, and CTAs tailored to target audiences.
- Budget Management : Own and optimize media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- International Campaign Structuring : Design campaigns tailored to specific regions, including budget allocation, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Competitor Benchmarking : Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on platform updates, emerging trends, and changes in consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting & Insights : Deliver actionable performance reports to leadership, highlighting insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.Experience : 3–5 years in performance marketing or paid media management, with direct e-commerce campaign experience.Technical Skills :Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) .Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Apple Search Ads (ASA) .Experience with tracking setups (Pixel, Firebase, GTM).Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.Certifications : Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
