Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a strong background in façade systems and project cost estimation. If you are passionate about precision, strategic cost planning, and contributing to large-scale projects, this is your opportunity to thrive!

What You Will Bring :

✅ Knowledge :

Strong expertise in façade systems : Unitized Systems, Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized Systems, Cladding, Steel Fabrication, Skylight, Doors, Windows, and Handrails.
Thorough understanding of project specifications and prequalification documents.
Comprehensive understanding of labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs.
In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle, cost breakdowns, and budgeting.
Awareness of building codes, façade performance standards, and international pricing norms.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and site installation procedures, including equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs.
Advanced skills in material selection with a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover.

✅ Skills :

Software Proficiency : Expertise in estimation tools / software like AutoCAD and Excel-based estimation templates.

Ability to read and interpret complex design, shop, and fabrication drawings.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality.

Strategic thinker with experience in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising on quality.

Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements.

Ability to prepare and present cost analyses, recommendations, and reports to senior management and clients.

Expertise in preparing contingency budgets to address unforeseen project challenges.
