Job Description :

We are looking for motivated HVAC Helpers to assist technicians in installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic AC knowledge to gain valuable field experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Support HVAC technicians in daily tasks

Assist in lifting holding and positioning HVAC components

Perform basic tasks like cleaning coils filters and components

Help with material handling and job site organization

Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness at work sites

Candidate Requirements :

Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems

Physically fit and able to work in hot weather

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Team player with a positive attitude

Any level of education accepted
