Technagy IT is a relationship-driven Managed Service Provider (MSP) for IT Services based in Texas. We are looking for personnel who can work from the Kochi office. The working hours will be Central Time (USA) from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in backend development who is ready to take ownership of complex projects and provide technical leadership in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following PEP 8 standards and best practices.
• Design and optimize database schemas (SQL / PostgreSQL) for maximum performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.
