Weekly Off : Sun (6-day workweek)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Partner with management to design and execute HR policies aligned with company values.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance-related activities.
• Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
• Manage grievance handling and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
• Drive employer branding and team-building initiatives.
