Position Description
Curately is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role will help maintain our CRM (HubSpot), ensure data accuracy, build reports, and support day-to-day GTM operations. You will work closely with leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and help drive predictable revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys analysis, systems, and turning data into actionable insights.
Roles and Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows
- Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting
- Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking
- Support integration data flows between HubSpot and tools like Apollo, Ads, and others
Reporting & Analytics
Build dashboards and weekly reports for pipeline, funnel metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign resultsAnalyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnelProvide data insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadershipProcess Support
Document and maintain GTM processes and SOPsAssist with building automated workflows, sequences, and nurture programsSupport outbound and inbound lead processes for SDR and AE teamsHelp QA marketing campaigns, forms, and tracking setupCross-Functional Support
Work with Marketing on lead lists, segmentation, and tracking for campaignsSupport Sales with forecasting reports, deal hygiene, and pipeline visibilityAssist Customer Success with renewal tracking, customer data, and account reportingQualifications
1–3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, or similar analytical roleWorking knowledge of HubSpot CRM (required)Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, reporting, and dashboardsAbility to work with large datasets, spreadsheets, and simple data modelsFamiliarity with tools like Apollo, Ads, Google Ads is a plusExcellent communication, documentation, and organizational skillsSelf-starter who enjoys solving problems and improving processesPrior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
