Job description5+ years of experience writing for consumer-facing tech products (mobile-first strongly preferred). Proven ability to write clear, warm, human-centered microcopy . Deep empathy for diverse parent audiences. Understanding of information hierarchy and UX writing best practices. Strong collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and developers. Comfort working in hourly-based engagement models. Experience in parenting, education, or wellness domains. Familiarity with conversational UI and chatbot personality design.
About Us
We are seeking a Senior UI / UX Copywriter with deep experience in shaping the language of our mobile app. You’ll be the voice that guides our users, making every interaction clear, warm and trust-building. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to craft copy that feels like a caring friend who also happens to know the science of parenting.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the tone, style, and voice of Tinypal’s in-app experience.
- Write and refine microcopy for onboarding flows, buttons, empty states, notifications, and tooltips.
- Translate product features and USPs into concise, compelling copy that resonates with parents.
- Partner with designers to ensure text harmonizes with UI layouts and visual design.
- Conduct quick iterations based on user testing and analytics.
- Create a copy system that scales with future features.
