Senior Consultant-DataStage

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Snowflake and IBM DataStage to lead critical components of our data modernization efforts. This role involves designing migration strategies, refactoring complex ETL logic, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring high-quality delivery of Snowflake-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the migration of complex ETL workflows and business rules from IBM DataStage to Snowflake SQL.
• Design and implement reusable frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Refactor internal DataStage components such as job control logic, parameter sets, and error handling into Snowflake-native solutions.
• Optimize Snowflake performance using clustering, partitioning, and query tuning techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Mentor consultants and junior engineers on best practices and technical standards.
