Job description

• Qualifications

On average a minimum of 6-12 years experience in the relevant field. Qualified as Graduate / Chartered Engineer.Have a proven record as a Project Engineer on a number of projects.

Profile

Agree design philosophy / design fundamentals.Review and comment on deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians at key stages through a project.Demonstrates all round technical competence.Have knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment and claim assessment.Have knowledge of analytical concepts.Should be responsible for Quality Management (QA) for their team.Have knowledge of our delivery in CAD standards and 3D working.

Understand, implement and follow WME HSEQ policies.Implement and coordinate HSEQ procedures in your workplace.Report any HSEQ incidents immediately to WME HSEQ Dept. and to legal authorities if required.Abide Client / Contractor HSEQ requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.

Be competent at influencing people (staff, clients).Set an example to all staff by demonstrating compliance with the companys procedures and policies and operate within the company controls.Actively address problem issues, dont criticise without presenting and pushing solutions.
