Positions : Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate (or equivalent)

Practice Area : Banking & Finance

Location : Mumbai / Delhi

Experience : 2–10 years (Law firm background)

What you’ll do

  • Work on complex banking & finance transactions and client advisory
  • Support regulatory aspects (SEBI / RBI / etc. exposure is a plus)
  • Bring strong technical drafting / negotiation skills
  • Collaborate as a team player and help build the B&F practice

What you’ll bring

  • Admitted to the Bar
  • LL.M / MAS / J.D. preferred
  • Proven experience at a law firm on B&F deals
