Job description

Role : Senior Technical Lead – Associate Architect (Microsoft Fabric)

Experience : 8-12 years

Location : Greater Noida, Work from office 5 days

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect & Design Solutions : Lead the end-to-end architecture of data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Data Engineering Leadership : Guide the data engineering team in building robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and semantic models.
  • Migration Strategy : Define and implement validation rules, reconciliation mechanisms, and ensure zero data loss during migration from legacy systems to Fabric.
  • Reporting & Visualization : Architect and optimize reporting layers using Power BI, ensuring performance and usability.
  • Governance & Compliance : Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks using Microsoft Purview and Fabric-native tools.
  • Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across Fabric services.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data strategy, roadmap, and architecture patterns.
  • Best Practices & Mentorship : Promote architectural best practices and mentor development teams on Fabric components and modern data architecture.

Skills :

  • Min 8 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of cloud data architecture, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration.
  • Experience with data governance tools like Microsoft Purview.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, or related technologies are a plus.
