Job Opportunity : Explainer Animation Expert

We are seeking a versatile animation professional to fill a key role at our organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in creating high-quality storytelling visuals and be capable of handling end-to-end animation workflows.

The successful candidate will have the ability to conceptualize and create explainer videos from script to final delivery, managing the entire animation pipeline including storyboarding, illustration, animation, editing, sound design, and final output. They will also work on 2D animation, motion graphics, typography, character animation, and visual effects as required by project needs.

Key responsibilities will include proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema4D / Blender. The candidate should also possess a solid understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, color theory, and sound integration.

This is an opportunity for a self-driven, creative, and able individual who can work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience in explainer videos for corporates, NGOs, development sector, or advertising will be beneficial but not essential.

Required skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema4D / Blender)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, color theory, and sound integration
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
