Job descriptionDevelop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities Evaluate business proposals from a tax compliance perspective Advise senior management on tax implications of strategic decisions Handle tax assessments and audits (Direct and In-direct taxes) Liaising with tax authorities and manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and related filings. Experience in inter-company transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and benchmarking analysis. Familiarity with cross-border tax implications, withholding tax, and treaty benefits. Knowledge of GAAR, POEM, and M&A tax structuring. Skilled in tax provisioning, deferred tax computation, and reporting under Ind AS / IFRS. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)for tax data extraction and reporting. Tax risk management – identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential tax exposures. Strategic tax planning aligned with overall business goals. Ability to interpret and implement new tax laws, notifications, and judicial precedents. Competence in scenario analysis and forecasting tax impacts of business decisions.
1.Tax Compliance & Reporting :

Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Education : Minimum qualification – CA / LLB

Proficiency in market research, business plan creation and presentations skills
Strong influencing skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders especially at senior
level
Preferred prior experience in handling taxation profile
