Job Title : Non IT Recruiter (Freelancer)

Location : REMOTE, India

Job Description :

Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.

Maintain an active candidate pipeline for high-volume or recurring roles.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment metrics (TAT, CV-to-interview ratio, etc.) and prepare reports.

Manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies when required.

Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
