Job Purpose
Ensure width and depth of distribution of CP products in the assigned Modern Trade zone and implementation of companys strategies through availability and transparency of the products so as to achieve the sales and distribution objectives in the zone.
Key Accountabilities
Achieve CPS (Colgate Palmolive Sales) and STT (Sales To Trade) targets every month
Ensuring a balanced relationship with customer stockist and store manager.
Plan and execute to achieve maximum impact through visibilities in stores
Ensure availability of optimum stocks by ensuring accurate planning and MBQ (Minimum Base Quantity) setting to each customer
Ensuring that claims from each customer collected debit note and submit to the Direct Trade finance team as per norms and keep track of their settlement
Use data to drive overall business performance.
Assign schedule work to stockist sales associate merchandiser champion (promoter)
Monitor team performance and provide support / solution when needed
EXPERIENCE :
Min 3 years of overall CD FMCG experience
Having experience in handling Direct Trade / Modern Trade / SAMT (standalone modern trade) customers
