Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artificial Grass Tufting Supervisor, located in Bengaluru. The supervisor will oversee the artificial grass tufting operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient production schedules. Responsibilities include supervising plant operations, managing teams, ensuring machine maintenance, monitoring material use, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. The role demands active collaboration with multiple departments to achieve manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

Knowledge of tufting operations, machine handling, and production processes

Experience in team management, supervision, and operational oversight in a manufacturing setting

Understanding of material utilization and quality control measures

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational guidelines

Competence with basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Experience in artificial turf manufacturing or relevant production environments is a strong advantage

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related fields is preferred
