Job description

Role Overview

As a UI / UX Designer at Omniful, you will play a key role in shaping the design language and user experience of our AI-driven supply chain platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and data-driven interfaces that simplify complex workflows.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process —from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that bring our products to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive designs.
  • Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces for web-based SaaS applications.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Build and maintain Omniful’s design system to ensure design consistency across products.
  • Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall product experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing B2B or SaaS web applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , UX research methodologies, and information architecture.
  • Experience creating design systems, reusable components , and scalable UI patterns.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with system-level thinking in enterprise-scale design challenges.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for complex enterprise platforms (OMS, WMS, ERP, or SaaS tools).
  • Familiarity with motion design, prototyping tools , or micro-interaction design .
  • Understanding of data visualization , dashboard design , and responsive design principles .
  • Exposure to UX analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and optimize user experiences.
  • A design-first mindset with attention to detail, consistency, and usability.
