Requirements

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead  with expertise in UI and API test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Python, API testing, BDD frameworks, and Data Warehouse / ETL testing . This role requires a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI / CD integration, and reporting, with the ability to work across both functional and data validation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automation frameworks  using Playwright and Python.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines integrated with Azure CI / CD .
• Conduct API testing using Rest Assured .
• Develop and maintain BDD test scripts  using Cucumber.
• Perform ETL / Data Warehouse testing  (manual + automated), preferably using Great Expectations  or other BI / DW tools.
• Execute validation and testing of Power BI dashboards and reports .
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Use version control tools Git) for code collaboration and management.
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
