Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing professional who can drive client acquisition, build relationships, and promote our broking services. The role demands creativity, networking, and a strong understanding of insurance products to communicate value to clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate & retail clients for insurance broking services.
Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals .
Develop marketing campaigns and strategies (online & offline).
Achieve sales & revenue targets in line with company goals.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and client awareness sessions on insurance solutions.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, insurance products and any other related work.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Insurance.
2 or more years of experience in insurance sales / marketing (broking, agency, bancassurance preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of insurance products (Life / General / Health) is a plus.
