Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Executive focused on converting enquiries into confirmed enrolments and generating new business opportunities by handling daily communication with potential learners, supporting structured follow-ups, ensuring accurate CRM usage, and consistently working towards monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp, providing accurate information about courses, schedules and requirements, and guiding learners confidently through the enrolment process from first contact to confirmation.
Generating new leads through outbound calling, follow-up emails, social messages and re-engagement activities, ensuring a steady flow of enquiries and potential enrolments.
Following up with prospects systematically using calls, emails and messages to move enquiries from interest stage to confirmed registration.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing learners through professional communication, trust-building and consistent support.
Understanding learner needs, eligibility and goals in order to recommend suitable courses and study options.
Closing sales by addressing questions and objections professionally and securing bookings confidently.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including enquiry status, notes, outcomes and enrolment confirmations.
Working closely with the marketing and admin team to ensure smooth handling of enquiries, effective campaigns and successful onboarding.
Tracking daily activity, conversion rates and performance metrics and submitting regular reports.
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently on calls, write clearly in emails, and communicate professionally through WhatsApp and online messaging.
Ability to build rapport quickly, manage customer relationships effectively and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Sales skills including persuasion, structured follow-ups, objection handling and closing techniques.
Good organisational and time management skills to handle multiple enquiries efficiently in a remote working environment.
Confidence using CRM systems, email tools and messaging platforms.
Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven approach to work.
Qualifications / Experience
Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service or lead generation roles.
Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage but not essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
