The Recruitment Marketing Associate will be responsible for working with the Talent marketing team to strengthen RSM’s employer brand in India and assist with employer brand initiatives globally. The position will execute the recruitment marketing strategy, tactics and deliverables to inform, engage and inspire candidates to position RSM as an employer of choice globally.
Essential Duties
Employer brand building
- Assist in building RSM’s employer brand in India and globally to attract and retain talent through various channels such as social media, web, recruiting channels and third-party platforms.
- Develop and maintain our brand across country-specific job boards, employer review sites, and other channels.
Recruitment marketing
Execute content gathering to create compelling content for digital recruitment marketing campaigns, including employee-generated content and testimonials to showcase our culture, development opportunities and benefits that resonate with the intended audience.Maintain employee-generated video platform, creating genuine, compelling videos of employees for use on social, websites, job descriptions and campaigns.Attend local employee events and virtual events to capture content.Analytics and reporting
Track the content performance and continually identify improvement areas to improve communication processes, tools, and resultsLeveraging technology
Actively explore opportunities and shareideas tocontinuallyimproveprocesses,tools, and results by leveraging technology.
Stakeholder management
Actively build relationships with team members and key stakeholders in India and the U.S.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
Required bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields (post-graduates preferred)
