CRM Instructor

Job Summary : Design and Develop Comprehensive CRM and Human Factors Training Content in accordance with Syllabus approved in the Operational Manual Part D and CCTM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective CRM /Human Factors Training to Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Flight Dispatcher and other operational Staff as specified in the Operational Manual
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date CRM Training documents and Training materials
• Maintain all quality control procedures and processes necessary for the effectiveness and completion of all training activities
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in CRM and Human Factors development and industry best practices
• Assist in training administrative function between different stakeholders.
• Any other responsibilities as accorded by the Reporting Manager.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate from a recognised College/University in any discipline
• Flying experience of 5 years or greater and currently appointed as SCC/IFM in Akasa Air or any other Instructional/Training role in Akasa Air

Should be Graduate.
