Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking System (FCUBS) Technical engineer with 8 to 10years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and reliability of Flexcube in production environments. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance.

Job Requirements

• 8 to 10 years’ experience with FCUBS technical knowledge to support banking modules (Ex : Core banking, Loans, Treasury etc..).
• Provide L2 / L3 support for Oracle Flexcube applications in AMS environments.
• Perform issue analysis, bug fixing, root cause identification and permanent resolution.
• Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, reports and enhancements.
• Work on Unix Shell scripting, PLSQL, Java and OFSAA integration wherever required.
• Strong understanding of banking processes including account management, payment processing and loan servicing.
• Analyze, trouble shoot and resolve functional issues within SLA raised by users.
• Specific experience of UK Agency Banking and Payments processing.
• Exposure to other Oracle Applications (Ex; Oracle Flexcube, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications)
• Ability to analyze document and resolve complex technical issues.
