Experience : 5 - 10 years (EV traction motors, hub motors, BLDC, starter, wiper, alternators)

Project communication with customers and teams.

Managing project phases and APQP documentation.

Proto sample assembly and validation.

Reading drawings , PFDs, control plans, work instructions.

Overseeing assembly processes in automotive manufacturing.
