Role Overview : As an

Accounts Payable Specialist

at HCLTech, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain compliance and support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
