Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, with a focus on data strategy and governance.

Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and data teams.

Monitor program performance using data-driven KPIs and dashboards.

Ensure alignment of program outcomes with organizational data strategy and business goals.

Stakeholder Management :

Identify and engage key stakeholders across business units and technical teams.

Facilitate regular stakeholder communications, feedback sessions, and governance forums.

Align stakeholder expectations with program objectives and delivery timelines.

Manage escalations and negotiate solutions to maintain program momentum.

Ensure transparency and trust through consistent reporting and updates.

Data Strategy Project Experience :

Lead initiatives focused on enterprise data strategy, data governance, data quality, and master data management.

Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts to define and implement data frameworks.

Drive adoption of data platforms, tools, and best practices across the organization.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management, including 3+ years in data strategy or analytics programs.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.

Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lifecycle.

Ability to influence and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
