Join our AI Innovation Team and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions! We’re looking for an experienced AI / ML & Generative AI Developer who’s passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.

Role Summary

As an AI / ML & Generative AI Developer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models, LLM applications, and intelligent AI agents. This is a critical role driving innovation at scale, leveraging technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI / ML models and Generative AI applications for diverse enterprise challenges.
Fine-tune and integrate LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
Build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making.
Design scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured / unstructured data.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to productionize AI solutions.
Implement CI / CD pipelines for ML / GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices.
Leverage Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML & Generative AI development.

Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations.

Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, and ML / DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures.

Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI / CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).

✅ Preferred Skills

Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.

Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks.

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Databricks ML tools.

Awareness of AI security, responsible AI, and model governance.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.

Excellent communication — ability to simplify complex AI concepts.

Collaborative mindset within agile teams.

Growth-driven with a passion for emerging technologies.
