About The Role
Join Zoca as the founding Product Manager for our Payments & Scheduling pod, where you'll define & build what payments should look like for an AI-agentic company. This is a 0-1 opportunity where you'll work with our AI agents that book appointments and collect payments via SMS / email / voice, while also building the backend systems for contractor payouts and financial operations. You'll research our customers' needs, explore different approaches (embedded payments, agent workflows, scheduling-linked transactions, or something entirely new), and make the critical decisions that will shape our product. You'll be the architect of our payments strategy, working closely with customers and internal teams to discover the right solution and then scale it. This role offers massive impact - your decisions will define how Zoca handles financial transactions and shape our business model as we grow.
