As an experienced professional, you will work with businesses in diverse industries across numerous automation projects per year. RSM&aposs Intelligent Automation group advises on clients' process optimization initiatives, for which the group uses a suite of automation technologies, including but not limited to digital process automation (DPA), robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent document processing (DPA) tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement automation solutions
• Provide analysis, development, and documentation of automation opportunities
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Participate in end-to-end automation projects, from project planning to go-live
• Collaborate with clients, technicians, managerial staff, and other stakeholders to design and build impactful automation solutions.
• Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses and challenges
• Update, implement and maintain business procedures
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Network internally and externally to develop sales opportunities
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
• Continuously learn to better understand RSM&aposs array of services, with the intent to enhance value to the client through integration of services
• Aspire to career growth by assuming more active roles in projects over time, as knowledge and experience progress
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automation advancements to modernize systems
