Job Description
REQUIREMENTS :
- Total experience : 11+years.
- Strong working experience in SAP CX with a strong focus on SAP Sales Cloud (C4C).
- Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle C4C implementations in a lead / ownership role.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM processes, data model, custom objects, workflows, and SDK scripting.
- Proven integration experience with SAP ERP / S / 4HANA and middleware tools like CPI or PI.
- Experience with other SAP CX solutions like CPQ or Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and Fiori-based extension strategies.
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Key User Tools, SDK, UI Adaptation, and Business Configuration.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude

Ensuring client satisfaction above all elseShowcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order takerIdentifying project / service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions.Defining the scope of the project / service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidanceEnsuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices.Reporting the status of all key metrics (eg : risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closureAssisting the account management team in responding to new project requestsIdentifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro's offerings.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
