As an Associate Product Manager (APM) for the Olympus platform, you'll support the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to execution and refinement while taking ownership of specific features or modules. Working under senior product managers, you'll combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to influence product strategy, drive feature prioritization, and enhance the customer experience for all personas of the Olympus suite.
Responsibilities
- Discovery : Research existing demand, explore the problem space through the lenses of viability, feasibility, usability, customer empathy and ethical assumptions
- Get feedback early and often, often co-designing with customers or prospects
- Map solutions to specific opportunities
- Prioritization : Apply skills from user science, analytics and business acumen to identify customer and user problems.
- Apply the lens of strategy, user goals and Tachyon s purpose to prioritize problems to solve.
- Communication : Evangelize and communicate the product plan.
- Apply low fidelity design to present vision for solutions to problems.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at the detailed solutions to problems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to adoption and usage.
- Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touch points
- Execution : Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product.
- Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope. Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations
Skills
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.Communication : Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate insights and influence cross functional teams.Technical Acumen : Understanding of product management tools (eg, JIRA, Trello) and agile methodologies.Problem Solving : Proactive and resourceful with a keen eye for identifying product enhancements.Passion for technology, innovation, and customer centric product development.A keen interest in DevOps, cloud-native computing, and container orchestration technologiesExperience Qualifications
