What You’ll Work On :

Architect and build scalable backend systems using Node.js , Express.js , and modern JavaScript / TypeScript

Design and implement RAG pipelines , vector database integrations, and prompt-driven APIs

Extract, compare, and generate insights from unstructured insurance documents (PDFs, contracts, tables)

Build AI-powered microservices that drive real-time UI experiences

Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to deliver features end-

to-end

Mentor junior developers and lead by example on code quality and architectural

decisions

You’d Be a Great Fit If You :

Write clean, modular Node.js code and design for scalability and reusability

Have worked with LLMs (OpenAI or open-source)

Understand prompt engineering, chunking strategies, RAG logic, and context

optimization

Are comfortable with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and RESTful APIs

Think product-first and enjoy working in fast-moving, high-ownership

environments

Bonus Points For :

Experience with LangChain.js , LLM orchestration frameworks , or prompt- based workflows

Previous exposure to insurance , fintech , or document-heavy products

Hands-on with AWS / GCP , Docker , CI / CD pipelines , and distributed

microservices

Interest in event-driven architecture using WebSockets , SSE , or message

queues
