We are seeking for SAP WalkMe Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing WalkMe digital adoption solutions across our SAP ecosystem to enhance user engagement, improve onboarding, and reduce support costs.

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify user challenges and design WalkMe solutions to address them.
• Create, test, and deploy WalkMe content (Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, Tooltips, ShoutOuts, Surveys, etc.) tailored to SAP modules (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Analyze usage data to continuously optimize WalkMe flows and improve user experience.
• Maintain WalkMe governance, including version control, content lifecycle, and best practices.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues with WalkMe scripts and SAP page targeting.
• Stay current with SAP and WalkMe updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and effectiveness.
• Must be strong in SAP WalkMe modules to maintain , troubleshoot, and
• strong analytical skills must include the ability to quickly identify problems, gather relevant information, determine the root causes, and make recommendations regarding solutions
• Excellent communication skills in technical / business language, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
